Data2.cab File Is Corrupt
I have Fallout 3 on a disc. I had some problems so i wanted to re-installed it. Now when i try to install it gives me an error about data2.cab. I've found out that the file may be corrupt. I've also tried to download all the files from the disc to a folder on my desktop, but it can't copy the 'data2.cab' file.
Should i just download a new 'data2.cab' file of a pirate site? Or is there a solution for it?Please help me. Picture is the error it gives.img3404 Joined: Wed Aug 22, 2007 2:31 am. I would check the condition of the 'data' side of the disc.
If it's got scratches a 'disc doctor' MIGHT work.if there is a discolored area the Disc may be badbut it may be cheaper to buy FO3/GOTY disc again as it doesn't cost much, no need to go to the piratesWOW. My laptop has broke the CD, it's really really scratchy. Holy censored.Okay can a mod lock the thread? I'll see if i can buy a new one.i.imgur dot com/doQZb.jpgPosts: 3377 Joined: Sun Aug 12, 2007 3:39 pmDisplay posts from previous: Sort.
