I did power this up and tried several functions then the error code 54 came up in the test mode then the battery went dead. Not sure what that means. Know nothing about th is type of equipment. Overall this is clean and appears to be in good condition.

Clean, and all functions working. The'S' is the higher model with 52mm lens and a 43x magnification as opposed to the T2000 which only has a 42mm lens and 30x magnification. It comes with the battery, carrying case, the strap that has never been used, the key to the latch locks, and two cables. The optics are clean and sharp. This was owned by Bell Helicopters, so you know it was a top of the line model.

The battery still holds a charge. I don't know much about theodolites or this particular model, but I leveled it with its adjusting feet and turned it on. It powered right up and gave me measurements. The unit does not come with the battery charger, but the battery will be shipped fully charged. If you don't have.

I would like to try offering this as a system before I piece it out. The T2 is a later model with a S/N of 3180xx. Comes as shown with GV01 and GV02 lenses and a couple of unmarked accessories.

User’s manual is also included along with transit case. The T2 has some adhesive residue and one cracked knob(shown in picture) The GAK1 Gyro comes in its own transit case along with manual and unmarked lens.

Adjustment tool and cover. The GAK1 is in excellent condition with some minor adhesive residue. Both these units came out of a local high tech company and look like they weren't used much. Controls work smoothly and feel like a fine Swiss watch. I’m not really familiar with this type of equipment, so please ask any questions or let me know if I described anything incorrectly.
