I got question.my 02 e65 didn't come with any navigation disc.even though its 02 it got dvd navigation instead of cd navigation.so if i follow steps on this thread,will my navigation finally work??? This is firmware, which has to do with how the unit uses and interprets the data on the map disc.If your navigation screen says to insert a map disc, that should be all you need. If someone retro-fitted a DVD unit and didn't configure it, then there's a lot more work to be done. No, it will NOT work!
